What happens during the free 15-minute intro call?

The call is a quick discovery session. You’ll discuss your goals, current habits, and fitness background. Omar will recommend the best BioFit program (Reset, Optimize, or Peak) and outline the first steps no pressure, no sales pitch.

How does Omar personalize my plan?

Every program begins with biomarker data (bloodwork, body composition, and lifestyle assessment). Omar designs your training and recovery protocol based on your unique results not generic templates. He adjusts your plan monthly using measurable metrics like VO₂, biological age, and recovery rate.

Does he work with beginners or only athletes?

Omar works with both. If you’re new to training, he focuses on building movement quality, metabolism, and energy balance before performance intensity. His goal is to make longevity training sustainable not extreme.

Is online coaching available?

Yes. Omar offers online sessions via video call and wearable data tracking. You’ll still receive personalized plans, follow-ups, and progress tracking just remotely.

What’s a typical first month like?

Week 1: Baseline testing, movement screen, biomarker review. Weeks 2–4: 3 weekly training sessions + 2 recovery sessions (cryo / NAD+ / IV). End of month: Full progress review & adjustment. This structure builds a strong foundation and measurable early results.

Where does Omar train clients?

In-person sessions are held at partner BioFit clinics and studios in Dubai. Online clients can train from anywhere, with data synced via wearable tracking and app updates.
